We integrate into your company’s processes, culture, and tools to handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle—just like a full-time in-house recruiter, but without the overhead.

  • We charge a fixed monthly subscription starting at €4,500. The final price depends on your unique hiring needs.

    This covers everything from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer management. You won’t pay any additional commission or placement fees.

  • Yes, we require a 2-month minimum commitment to ensure consistency and success in your hiring process.

    If you wish to end the contract, we require a 1-month exit notice. This means after the initial 2 months, you can scale down or stop the service, but you must inform us one month in advance before ending the agreement.
